In Pune, well known Homeopath Dr. Madhav Sathe recently passed away. Dr. Samprasad Vinod's article 'Doctoranche Doctor' (Doctors' Doctor) remembering Dr. Madhav Sathe's way of treating patients and his keen interest in arts appeared in daily Sakal dated Oct23,03.

In the first issue of quarterly 'Nigarani' of year 2004 a magazine dedicated to mentally retarded children an article by Dr Mrs Rujuta Vinod was published.

Schizophrenia Awareness Association, Pune has published a new reference book 'Divided Mind' Handbook for Schizophrenia for General Practitioners' edited by the well-known psychiatrist Ulhas Luktuke. The inauguration of this book was done on Oct 17, 04 in 'Balagandharva' auditorium. The Dr. Samprasad Vinod's article 'Yoga and Schizophrenia' has been included in this book.

Dr. Samprasad Vinod's article 'Yoga and Schizophrenia' which had got published in 'Divided Mind' a new reference book by 'Schizophrenia Awareness Association', Pune got republished in the bimonthly 'Srujanchikitsa' (Creative Diagnosis ) in its issue of January- February 2005.
