1984 to 1990

1984 to 1990:
1) The participants of 'Personality Developoment Program' narrated their various experiences of the program.                                   
The students were represented by Mr. Bhooshan Bhagwat, Mr. Mangesh Toke, Ms.Keerti Kulkarni, Ms. Asha Kolhatkar in the panel discussion .

2) Parents and the participants of 'Personality Development Programs'
In continuation with the theme 'The Problems of Youth' , this time the subject was 'Are Parents Responsible for the Problems of Youth' . In this convivial get-together, youth candidly expressed their grievances and grouses to which parents answered with frankness and transparency.   Father of Mangesh Toke and Mother of Bhooshan Bhagwat suggested that like youth, parents also needed such programs and hence such programs should be organized for parents also.
3) Venue: Tilak Smarak Mandir
Health Department, Government of Maharashtra had arranged slide shows, exhibition, panel discussion and lectures to develop awareness in health related matters. In this program, the MVRF was invited to prepare posters which institute prepared and exhibited on the topic 'Yoga and Health'
The exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. Shivajirao Bhosale, who praised the work being done by the institute. Institute's advisor and well-wisher ex-MLA Balasahib Barmukh specially visited the exhibition from Talegaon Dabhade. During the exhibition, number of youth members, especially Ms Keerti Kulkarni, Mr. Mahendra Inamdar, Mr. Pramod Mandhare, Mr. Avinash Ranade, Mr. Vijay Moghe took active lead in giving information to the visitors. All the posters were prepared by founder member of the institute Mr. Madhavrao Phalanikar.
4) Hadapsar, Pune.
The institute had arranged a youth camp at Hadapsar for urban as well as rural youth in order to create a dialogue, understanding and bond of friendship between them so that they can provide helping hand to each other. There were number of programs arranged in this camp like 'Blood Donation Camp', 'Group Discussion', 'Picnic' etc. In all 60 students participated in this program.

Stress Management Workshop
The former students of youth camp Mr. Pramod Mandhare and Shekhar Gujar took the initiative and displayed the posters of these workshops in different companies.

July 1986, Vyasapoornima
Manoj Joshi On this Vyasapoornima, Manoj Joshi -a student of Personality Development Program-delivered an extempore speech for ten minutes which became one of the highlights of the program.

Sep 1986
During this year's Ganeshotsava, all  the students made contributions and a deity of Ganesha was established.  A student, Vinay Patil made the deity of Ganesh from clay with his own hands. Students presented the programme 'Aagama 86' (Welcome 86) which was attended by many parents to see the creativity of their children.

On Nov 21, 1986, Rashtriya Ekatmata Din (Day to Celebrate National Unity) was celebrated as per the suggestion of Dist. Collector V P Rane. On this occasion, Ms Manjiree Deshpande, Ms Sangita Diwan, Mr. Hemant Belsare and Mr. Manoj Joshi expressed their thoughts on 'Youth and National Unity'. The chief guest of the programme was Dist Collector V P Rane while the Chair person was Dr. Subhash Ranade. the programme was compered by Rajesh Deshmukh. Dist Collector V P Rane praised the youth for fearless expression of their opinions.
