Personality Development Programs:

1) 1984 - 1985
During the year 1984-1985, four 'Personality Development Programs' were organized which were funded by the 'Ministry of Sports and Youth Welfare', Government of Maharashtra.   Simultaneously, a comprehensive research project based on the male and female students who participated in the first two personality development programs was undertaken.  All the students were subjected to thorough medical checkup and before and after the programs. They were administered different tests designed to measure their psychological stress and analyze their personality traits. Graphs were plotted of their 'Galvanic Skin Responses'. When the data so generated was statistically analyzed, it was observed that there was a significant decrease in the psychological stress level of these youth and significant improvement in their total personality.
