1) June 1984:
Yoga and Ayurveda Congress, San Marino, Italy

In the first congress at San Marino in Italy, Dr. Vinod presented papers on 'Effect of Yoga on Personality and Psychological Stress during Adolescence' and 'Shavasana Meditation and High Blood Pressure'. Internationally renowned experts who had participated in this congress lauded those two theses. Some of the dignitaries from the yoga institutes of Italy showed their willingness to participate in the work being done at MVRF and cooperate in the other projects.

2) 1989-1990
Dr. Vinod was invited to participate in the third world conference on Yoga and Ayurveda, organized by IAAN Italy, from 27th to 30th May 1989. Dr Vinod presented two research papers in the conference based on the research done by the institute so far. Apart from participating in the conference, he also conducted a workshop on 'Management of Mental Stress', demonstrated Yogasanas and Pranayama and visited reputed yoga institute in Italy. The Visit of Dr. Vinod was a grand success.
