Atmabodh Sadhana

The weekly session of ‘Atmabodh Sadhana’ for batch 1 was conducted on 1st Jan 2011 from 5 AM to 7 AM in ShantiMandir. Eleven yogsadhaks were present for the session. Explanation and discussion on ‘कर्म-बीजम् मन:स्पंद:’ was continued from last session. Sadhaks shared their experiences during the session. Managing trustee asked everyone to make a New Year resolution of conducting daily sadhana.

Lectures

2011

Feb -

A lecture of Dr. Samprasad Vinod was organised at Kaivalyadham, Lonavala for a Chinese group on 8th Feb 2011 from 3 PM to 4.30 PM. Fifteen Chinese sadhaks were present. Dr. Vinod guided them on ‘practice of Yoga’. Chinese sadhaks were very happy with this interaction.

Conference

International yog and physical training Conference:

First conference of international yog and physical training was conducted in S P college from 10th Jan 2011 to 13th Jan 2011. Dr. Samprasad Vinod opened the conference by the traditional way of coconut breaking ceremony.

Distinguished guest

1st March

Dr. Samprasad Vinod visited ‘Wanawadi’ project near Bare village, which is situated closed to Neral on 1st March 2011. Youth from various parts of India have developed this project on the hills of area around 64 acres. The project is called ‘ecophilosophy’. Father Peter D’souza had invited Dr. Vinod to visit the project.
